The Opportunity

The opportunity to lead a respected Scottish brand, shape a national growth strategy and create the next chapter of a market-leading PropTech business.

About the Company

Landmark Information Group (Landmark) is one of the UK's leading property, land and environmental data businesses, helping professionals make confident decisions through trusted information, technology and insight. With a portfolio of award-winning PropTech companies and more than 900 colleagues across the UK, Landmark serves customers across conveyancing, surveying, estate agency, lender valuations, land asset management, environmental consultancy and government.

At the heart of our Scottish business sits Millar & Bryce, a name synonymous with the Scottish property market for more than 150 years. Renowned for its expertise in legal search, title investigation and mapping, the business has successfully evolved through digital transformation while maintaining the trusted relationships and specialist knowledge that underpin its reputation.

As part of a planned succession process, and in anticipation of the retirement of the current incumbent, Landmark is now looking for an exceptional leader to become our next Director of Scotland.

This is far more than a divisional leadership role – it is an opportunity to build on a proud heritage while unlocking the full potential of Landmark's wider capabilities across land, infrastructure, geospatial intelligence, commercial real estate, rural land, renewables, planning, environmental risk and land data workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
