PE Secondaries Lawyer - Insurance - London

Angove Partners is partnering with a top tier insurance broker, seeking a secondaries lawyer in London to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in complex risk transfer solutions across GP-led and LP portfolio transactions, either a law firm or a fund.

What is the role?

As a member of the broking team on transactional insurance deals, you will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to PE secondaries transactions.

What will you be doing?

  • Advise clients on transaction liability insurance solutions, structure tailored programmes, place policies, and manage claims activity.
  • Develop new business while nurturing and expanding existing client and prospect relationships.
  • Identify opportunities, monitor the client landscape, and address gaps across the client and prospect base.
  • Maintain strong insurer relationships and up-to-date knowledge of market coverage, appetite, products, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support marketing, team management, and firm-wide initiatives focused on business growth, quality, and excellence.

What do you need to apply to this role?

We anticipate that candidates will have at least three years of PE Secondaries experience. Experience working with W&I would be advantageous.
