Location: Hybrid (~1 day a week in High Wycombe)
Role: Director of Service Delivery
Salary: £120–150k + bonus + options
We're working with a fast-growing UK cyber security services business that helps organisations stay secure through managed services, professional services and penetration testing. They're growing at pace, adding people every month and bringing in acquisitions, with ambitious plans to double the business in the next few years.
They're now looking for a senior, commercially minded services leader to take ownership of their three service divisions. Each division is at a different stage: one needs stabilising, one needs its growth steered through a leadership transition, and one needs building up from scratch. You'll bring structure and best practice to all three without slowing anything down, then set the direction for how they scale.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead delivery across Managed Services, Professional Services and Penetration Testing, keeping standards high while the business scales quickly.
- Own the growth and commercial performance of the Pen Testing business, including strategy, people, customers, and new services and markets.
- Build a scalable, repeatable Professional Services portfolio across areas such as email security, EDR/MDR, network/SASE and cloud, using automation and AI where it helps.
- Work closely with Sales, Solutions, vendors and partners on propositions, go-to-market and growing customer relationships.
- Own the numbers: utilisation, revenue, margins, pipeline, retention and renewals.
- Develop your people, their technical capability and their certifications so the team keeps pace with the market.

What you'll need:
- 10+ years' experience in professional services, managed services, penetration testing or a related technology services environment, including leading teams.
- Cybersecurity experience.
- Proven commercial experience growing revenue, improving margins and utilisation, and taking new services to market.
- Confident stakeholder skills with both technical and senior audiences, and the independence to set direction rather than wait for it.
Nice to have:
- PE-backed or buy-and-build experience.
