Come and be you with us
Being a Bobber is all about being you. We want you to bring all parts of yourself to work, giving you the freedom and confidence to be the best you and do your best work. If that's bubbly, shy, precise, funny, bold, kind, honest, brilliant, or anything in between, we're waiting with open arms. Come join us.
About the role
We're looking for a Director of Services Partnerships to lead the next stage of HiBob's global service partner ecosystem. Our service partner model has grown significantly over the last few years, with partners now delivering a substantial proportion of our customer implementations globally. We've proven that the model can scale. The opportunity now is to make sure the strategy, operations and quality frameworks scale with it. This is where you come in.
You'll lead a global team responsible for helping our service partners deliver exceptional customer outcomes, while shaping how we work with those partners as the ecosystem continues to grow.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a finished playbook. You'll have the opportunity to step back, challenge how things work today and help define what great looks like for HiBob's next stage of partner-led delivery. Working closely with our VP of Delivery, Professional Services, Customer Success and GTM Partnerships teams, you'll shape the strategy and turn it into a scalable operating model across areas including partner quality, governance, enablement, capacity, pricing and day-to-day partner management.
We're looking for someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable getting into the detail and making things happen.
- Significant experience leading Professional Services, services delivery or a service partner function, with a strong understanding of how implementation and delivery organisations operate
- Experience transforming or scaling a services organisation, partner ecosystem or operating model, rather than simply running an established function
- A track record of turning strategy into practical processes, frameworks and ways of working
- Experience owning or influencing areas such as service quality, delivery governance, partner performance, capacity planning or operational effectiveness
- People leadership experience, with a track record of developing and supporting high-performing teams
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to navigate competing commercial, operational and customer priorities
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect delivery decisions with wider company goals
- The confidence to form a point of view, challenge existing assumptions and bring recommendations rather than waiting for direction
- A curious, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in understanding how the wider business works
- The ability to move comfortably between strategic conversations and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including with senior internal and external audiences

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
