Hume Health

The Role

We’re looking for someone who understands how ideas spread across the internet.

This isn’t a traditional Social Media Manager role. You’ll own Hume’s earned social distribution engine — turning launches, product updates, founder moments and content into stories that spread across creators, clipping accounts, social pages, communities and media.

The goal is simple: when Hume has something important to say, it should feel like everyone is talking about it.

What You’ll Own

Viral Social & Distribution

  • Build the strategy for making Hume culturally relevant across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
  • Understand what makes stories spread: hook, narrative, timing, format, volume and distribution.
  • Turn one strong idea into dozens of pieces of content and multiple angles for different audiences.
  • Identify trends and conversations Hume can credibly enter before they peak.

Clipping Engine

  • Build a scalable clipping operation around founder content, podcasts, interviews, launches, customer stories, health insights and events.
  • Create systems for rapidly identifying the strongest moments, editing them into platform-native clips and distributing them at volume.
  • Build and manage a network of editors, clipping accounts and distribution partners.
  • One great Hume moment shouldn’t become one post — it should have the potential to become 50+ pieces of content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Social PR & Earned Amplification

  • Work directly alongside our PR agency to create the social layer around major announcements.
  • Seed stories to relevant creators, health and tech pages, podcasts, industry voices and online communities.

Launch Moments

  • Partner with Product, Brand, Creative, Influencer and PR teams before launches happen.
  • Define the story, headline, hook and conversation we want to create around each launch.
  • Build coordinated amplification plans through creators on social so Hume launches feel significantly bigger than a standard product announcement.
  • Ask: Why would someone talk about this even if Hume didn’t pay them?

Creator & Page Network

  • Build relationships with creators, niche publishers, health/tech accounts, clipping networks and culturally relevant pages.
  • Develop systematic creator and page seeding programs.
  • Identify emerging voices and distribution channels before competitors do.

Founder-Led Media

  • Turn founder perspectives, stories, predictions, contrarian ideas, interviews and behind-the-scenes moments into highly distributable content.
  • Identify strong hooks and package ideas for social, podcasts and earned media.

The Person

You notice trends before most brands do. You understand why one piece of content gets 8,000 views and another gets 8 million. When a company suddenly seems to be everywhere, you want to understand the machinery behind it — who seeded it, why people cared, and how the story moved from creators → social → media → culture.
