Job Description
As Director of Strategic Accounts, you will lead commercial expansion for our tier-1 enterprise CPG clients. Sitting between New Business and Customer Success, you’ll navigate complex global brand structures to grow contract values across new geographies and product lines. You will manage high-level relationships with VPs and procurement to drive long-term strategic growth.

What You Will Do
- Drive commercial growth across 15-20 enterprise accounts by building 30/60/90-day expansion plans and navigating complex parent-company brand structures.
- Engage senior stakeholders and procurement directors to transition successful pilot programs into multi-brand, multi-region long-term commercial commitments.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to translate technical performance metrics into strategic business reviews (QBRs) that demonstrate incremental value to decision-makers.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record in enterprise sales or account management specifically within the CPG/FMCG sector, understanding the nuances of brand and category teams.
- Experience managing long, complex deal cycles (7-8 months) and carrying individual revenue targets within a high-growth SaaS or AI environment.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to turn a single brand success into a warm introduction across a global enterprise.
