Role Overview
SettleParadigm are now looking to recruit a new Director of Strategic Asset Management.
Responsibilities
This is a key role, ensuring that the organisation’s homes are safe, financially sustainable, compliant, and aligned with long-term corporate objectives, including sustainability, regeneration, and resident outcomes. It will lead on all asset operational delivery across the spectrum of portfolio management, making data-driven decisions to optimize asset performance, delivering value for money, maintaining compliance, and ensuring the continued maintenance of high-quality homes for residents.

Role Details
- The role is hybrid by nature.
- It can be based in either High Wycombe or Letchworth Garden City.
