ABOUT ELIFE
Elife is a global mobility and financial services platform delivering scalable, technology-driven solutions across transportation, payments, and partnership ecosystems. With a managed fleet model operated under direct control — covering driver onboarding, training, routing, and performance management — elife offers enterprise partners reliable, accountable, and standardised service delivery at scale. elife is also a super app enabler, bringing mobility to the heart of neobanks and fintechs.
As elife continues its global expansion, we are building a world-class partnerships team to accelerate strategic growth across key regions.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Partnerships Director for Europe will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level organisations across the region. This is a senior commercial role requiring a hunter mentality, deep industry relationships, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
The successful candidate will own the full partnership lifecycle — from prospecting and outreach through to contract execution and onboarding — and will be expected to build a strong pipeline and deliver signed agreements within the first 90 days in role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and develop the regional partnerships pipeline, from identification through to signed agreements
- Identify and engage senior decision-makers at target organisations including banks, fintechs, e-wallet providers, super apps, ride-hailing platforms, and corporate travel buyers
- Lead commercial negotiations, structure partnership agreements, and close deals in line with company revenue targets
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of 20+ active enterprise prospects at any given time
- Develop deep market knowledge across the assigned region, including competitive dynamics, regulatory considerations, and ecosystem trends
- Represent elife at industry events, conferences, and forums across Europe
- Collaborate with internal teams — product, operations, legal, and finance — to ensure partnership terms are commercially viable and operationally deliverable
- Provide accurate and timely pipeline reporting to the leadership team, including deal stages, forecasts, and market intelligence
- Establish elife as a preferred mobility and payments partner across European banks, corporate travel management companies, fintech operators, and enterprise mobility platforms

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
