Initial 3-month contract | Opportunity to become a permanent leadership role

About us

We're an independent creative studio working across brand experience, design and immersive projects for international brands. We're now looking for someone to lead new business. Not to build a sales department, but to help us become part of the conversations that matter—with the right brands, agencies and partners. This is a senior role for someone who already has credibility in the industry and knows how new business actually happens in creative businesses.

The role

You'll own our new business efforts. That means opening doors, building relationships, creating a healthy pipeline and putting the studio in front of the right clients. You'll lead the commercial process until the final negotiation stage, where you'll work alongside the founder and creative leadership to close opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
