We are seeking a seasoned Director, Strategic Programme Management to lead transformational delivery, shape strategic direction, and create lasting impact for our clients. You will lead high-stakes engagements, provide expert program leadership, and deliver tailored portfolio management and PMO services that align with our clients' unique objectives and culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Delivery: Apply deep expertise in program management to lead delivery across complex engagements, transforming client thinking and guiding their most consequential decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Dive deep into client challenges, think strategically, and design creative, practical solutions to complex programme and portfolio problems.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted delivery leader and executive project manager, ensuring solutions are robust, effective, and built to last.
  • Business Development: Build trusted relationships with client executive teams, shape compelling proposals, and identify opportunities to grow accounts and win new business.
  • Thought Leadership: Act as a recognized expert and external thought leader in Programme and Portfolio Management.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 10+ years of management consulting, advisory, or professional services experience (including Big 4 or equivalent), with proven subject-matter expertise in Programme Management.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success leading large, complex consulting engagements, managing teams end-to-end, and building relationships with senior executives.
  • Skills: Creative ingenuity to design simple solutions for complex challenges, paired with strong communication skills to drive collaboration and consensus.
  • Education & Certifications: A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MSP, Agile credentials) are a strong plus.
