The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales leader to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Strategic Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading strategic customer engagements, developing top-performing sales teams and helping shape the future direction of the business.

You will combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring the organisation continues to win, retain and grow some of the UK's most valuable technology customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver strategic sales growth across the organisation.
  • Build and execute enterprise sales and account development strategies.
  • Develop and inspire a high-performing sales culture.
  • Strengthen executive-level customer and vendor relationships.
  • Drive new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team on company strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong market presence within the technology industry.
  • Ensure robust forecasting, governance and performance management.

What We're Looking For

  • Senior sales leadership experience within a VAR, systems integrator or technology solutions provider.
  • Strong track record of winning and growing major enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop successful sales teams.
  • Experience building strategic vendor relationships.
  • Excellent commercial, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cisco and Microsoft ecosystem experience.
  • Experience within enterprise networking, cloud, security and managed services.
  • Existing network across UK enterprise and public sector customers.
