For almost 50 years, our reputation has been built on technical excellence, quality of delivery and trusted client relationships. We have successfully competed against some of the largest built environment consultancies in the UK and internationally whilst maintaining the agility, culture and ambition that differentiates us in the market.

Today, the expectations placed upon professional consultants have never been greater.

Increasing regulatory requirements, the Building Safety Act, growing client expectations, sustainability, digital delivery, artificial intelligence, automation, data-led decision making and ever-increasing project complexity are fundamentally changing the way our consultancy services are delivered.

As we continue to evolve and position ourselves for the future, we are seeking a Director of Technical Excellence to join our Leadership Team and lead our technical excellence, quality, compliance, innovation and digital transformation agenda.

This is a rare opportunity to influence the direction of a well-established consultancy with an excellent reputation and ambitious plans for the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
