Director of Technology, Cyber & Strategic MI | London/Remote | Wealth Management
We're working with one of the UK's fastest-growing wealth management groups to find a Director of Technology, Cyber & Strategic MI — a genuinely broad leadership role covering technology, cyber security, and data/AI, reporting directly into the COO.
This isn't a narrow technology hire. You'll be the technology and data leader for the Group, with a real seat at the table as the business scales through an ambitious growth strategy.
What you'll own:
- Technology strategy, infrastructure and service delivery across the Group
- Cyber security, information governance and operational resilience
- Strategic MI, data governance, and the evolution of AI and analytics capability

What we're looking for:
- Senior leadership experience across Technology, Information Security, Data or Digital
- A track record of leading technology transformation at scale
- Strong cyber security and risk management knowledge
- Experience building enterprise data and BI platforms
- Comfortable operating at Executive/near-Executive level with senior stakeholders
Financial services or wealth management background is a plus, as is experience with Microsoft's Power Platform/Fabric ecosystem and FCA-regulated environments — but not essential.
