Director of Technology for rapidly growing, multi brand hotel operator
Our client are a high growth, multi brand international hospitality group with over 50 hotels throughout Europe. They have significant private equity backing to expedite their already impressive growth since they were founded 10 years ago.
They view technology as a critical enabler of growth which is why they are appointing a Director of Technology for the first time. This role is the number one technology leader within the organisation, reporting directly to their Managing Director. The role will have a broad remit and significant autonomy to shape the future direction. They are looking for a strategic and commercially minded technology innovator to focus on their vision, architecture and vendor orchestration rather than day to day IT operations. A leader who really cares about the customer experience and can build relationships across the organisation rather than technology sitting in a silo.

Requirements:
- Significant autonomy and a broad remit
- Strategic and commercially minded
- Multisite experience within an organisation with a physical site footprint
- Advantageous but not mandatory: Hotel experience
- Expectation to be a visible leadership presence in central London offices, minimum of 3 days a week
