Director of Tenant Services

Location: Long Stratton, Norwich, Norfolk (Hybrid)

Salary: £102,000 per annum


This is a critical leadership role at Saffron, shaping the future of our services and ensuring tenants and communities remain at the heart of how they develop.


As our strategic lead for Housing, Independent Living and Service Charges, Rent & Income, you will set direction, inspire people and turn ambition into delivery. Working through Heads of Service, you will create clarity and accountability, build leadership capability and bring people with you through change, while staying close enough to tenants and frontline services to understand how they really perform.

We’re looking for an experienced senior housing leader with a strong track record of leading complex customer-facing services, shaping strategy and delivering meaningful service, performance and cultural improvement. You’ll bring a deep understanding of social housing, regulation, governance and assurance, alongside the judgement and credibility to work effectively with our Executive Team and Board.
