Southern Housing is looking for an experienced Director of Transformation to lead delivery of our organisation-wide transformation agenda.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and sitting on the Leadership Team, you will drive large-scale change across the organisation, ensuring programmes are prioritised, governed effectively, and deliver measurable benefits for residents and colleagues.

We recently published our Strategic Plan 2026-30 which focusses us on three priorities: reliable repairs; professional services; efficient business. We have an ambitious programme of change underway to deliver against the strategy, currently including projects touching our repairs service; service charging; resident communications; and our data architecture.

The Director of Transformation role is central to turning our strategy into delivery. Responsible for the prioritisation; resourcing; coaching and developing; communication and training needed to deliver a programme of this scale.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
