Warehouse Operations & Logistics Solutions Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a leading global eCommerce business that is rapidly expanding its logistics and fulfilment network across Europe.
As part of this growth, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations & Logistics Solutions Manager to lead large-scale warehouse operations, optimise fulfilment performance, and design scalable logistics solutions across the European network.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, technology-driven organisation where you'll play a key role in building, scaling and optimising warehouse operations that support millions of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of warehouse and logistics solutions to improve efficiency, scalability and operational performance.
- Drive warehouse network optimisation, fulfilment expansion and capacity planning initiatives across Europe.
- Lead warehouse setup, greenfield launches and warehouse expansion projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable operational solutions.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouse partners.
- Develop, monitor and improve warehouse KPIs, SLAs and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse productivity, service quality and customer experience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation and operational excellence.
- Support warehouse automation, WMS optimisation and innovative logistics solutions.
- Analyse operational performance and implement data-driven improvements across warehouse operations.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment or logistics.
- Proven experience managing large-scale warehouse or fulfilment operations.
- Strong experience within high-volume eCommerce or marketplace logistics.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse setup (0β1), greenfield warehouse launches, expansion or scaling warehouse operations.
- Experience managing multi-site warehouse operations.
- Strong experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Proven track record of improving warehouse productivity, efficiency and operational performance.
- Experience developing and managing operational KPIs and SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
