About the Role
A leading global real estate consultancy is looking to appoint a Director within its Office Agency team in London, with opportunities available across the City, West End or Greater London.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the highest performing Office Agency teams in the industry, working alongside some of the most experienced and well regarded professionals in the market.
The team has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality advice to major occupiers, landlords and investors, and continues to grow across the London market.
The Opportunity
As a Director, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the Office Agency business, developing existing relationships while building new opportunities across your chosen London market.
You will benefit from the strength and reach of a truly global platform, with access to European, UK and international clients, alongside the ability to work closely with the firm's London based Global Occupier team.
The role would suit an established Office Agency professional who is looking for the platform, client base and collaborative culture to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Office Agency instructions across the City, West End or Greater London
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, occupiers, investors and key stakeholders
- Generate new business and identify opportunities across the London market
- Advise clients on leasing, acquisitions, disposals and wider occupational strategies
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider London, UK and European business
- Partner closely with the London based Global Occupier team to leverage major corporate and international client relationships
- Support and mentor junior members of the team
- Contribute to the continued growth and profile of the Office Agency business
About You
The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced Office Agency professional at Director level, or an established Senior Associate looking to take the next step.
You'll have a strong track record of winning and delivering Office Agency instructions, an established network within your chosen London market and the commercial drive to develop new business.
Just as importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a high performing team and values a genuinely collaborative environment.
