Job Description
Are you interested in delivering impactful business results? In this newly established global role, you will lead the successful delivery and adoption of strategic capabilities across Global Commercial Operations (GCO). Working across Demand Planning, Order Management, Performance Management, and Product and Digital teams, you will ensure new processes, operating models, and ways of working are successfully implemented, adopted, and embedded within the organization.
The role combines business delivery leadership, organizational readiness, change execution, and capability development to help GCO continuously evolve and improve how it operates – what an amazing job opportunity, is not it?
Core Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Business Delivery
- Lead delivery of major GCO initiatives and operating model changes.
- Translate strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable business outcomes.
- Coordinate delivery across functions and stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Drive Organizational Readiness and Adoption
- Lead business readiness, change management, and adoption activities for new processes and ways of working.
- Ensure teams are prepared to successfully operate within future-state operating models.
- Partner with Digital Deployment Managers to align business adoption with technology deployments.
Build and Embed Organizational Capabilities
- Identify capability gaps and develop training, enablement, and capability-building plans across GCO.
- Ensure new capabilities, processes, and ways of working become embedded within day-to-day operations.
- Support the continued evolution of Demand Planning, Order Management, and Performance Management capabilities.
Strengthen Delivery Excellence
- Establish consistent approaches for project delivery, change management, business readiness, and implementation.
- Develop frameworks, tools, and best practices that improve execution effectiveness across GCO initiatives.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and remove barriers to successful implementation.
Realize Business Value From Change
- Ensure strategic initiatives deliver their intended business outcomes.
- Monitor adoption and identify barriers preventing realization of expected benefits.
- Partner with Commercial Operations Performance to measure impact and drive corrective actions where required.

Play your part in our team succeeding
Global Commercial Operations is responsible for how demand is planned, how orders are managed, and how performance is improved across the LEGO Group. As GCO continues to evolve through initiatives such as Aurora, Quote-to-Fulfill, and future process improvements, success depends not only on defining the right processes and technologies, but also on ensuring they are successfully adopted and embedded within the organization. This role plays a critical role in bridging strategy and execution by helping the business successfully implement new capabilities, adopt new ways of working, and realize intended business outcomes.
Do you have what it takes?
- Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation, operating model change, or strategic capability-building initiatives
- Strong program and project delivery experience, including managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
- Practical experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, Commercial Planning, Supply Chain, or a related business function
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic objectives into executable implementation plans and measurable business outcomes
- Experience leading organizational readiness, change management, business adoption, and capability-building activities
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align senior leaders
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity, navigate organizational change, and drive execution across complex environments
- Experience building training, enablement, or capability-development programs
- Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), Change Management (Prosci), Lean, Agile, or similar methodologies
- Experience working in a global consumer products, retail, or omnichannel business environment
