Your Impact Starts Here

The Director, Client Finance Optimization & Training is responsible for leading global process improvement initiatives and building a best-in-class training and enablement capability across the Client Finance Organization.

This role plays a critical part in transforming how Client Finance operates globally by simplifying processes, improving efficiency, reducing hand-offs, and driving consistency in ways of working across regions. In parallel, the Director will establish and lead the training strategy, ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities required to deliver high-quality, consistent outcomes. Working in close partnership with Client Finance leadership, operations teams, and enabling functions, this role will act as a key driver of operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the identification, analysis, and delivery of process improvement initiatives across the global Client Finance function
  • Simplify and standardise end-to-end processes across processing, billing, revenue assurance, and client-specific activities
  • Reduce operational inefficiencies, rework, and dependency on cross-team hand-offs
  • Partner with regional and functional leaders to embed consistent, scalable ways of working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
