Director, Organisation Transformation
We are working exclusively with a global consulting firm that is looking to appoint a Director into its growing Organisation Transformation practice.
This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced consulting leader who wants to work at the intersection of business strategy, operating model, organisation design and workforce strategy, helping some of the world's largest organisations navigate significant periods of transformation.
The role will involve working directly with CEOs and C-suite executives to shape organisations for the future — particularly businesses undergoing M&A, AI-led transformation, operating model change and broader strategic evolution.
This is not simply a delivery role. The successful individual will have the opportunity to help shape the firm's proposition, develop senior client relationships, lead major transformation programmes and play a significant role in the continued growth of the practice.

You will advise senior executives on some of their most important organisational challenges, including:
- Business Strategy – translating corporate strategy into organisational priorities, capabilities and structures.
- Operating Model Transformation – designing and implementing operating models that enable organisations to execute their strategy effectively.
- Organisation Design – designing organisations, structures, roles and governance to support growth and transformation.
- Workforce Strategy – developing workforce strategies aligned to future business requirements, skills, capabilities and technology.
- M&A Transformation – supporting organisations through integration, separation and post-merger transformation.
- AI & Future of Work – helping organisations understand how AI and emerging technologies will reshape their workforce, operating model and organisational structure.
- Leadership & Organisation Transformation – working with CEOs and leadership teams to translate strategic ambition into tangible organisational change.

You will lead large-scale engagements, develop senior client relationships and oversee high-performing consulting teams, while also contributing to business development, proposition development and practice growth.
We are looking for an established consulting Director / Senior Director with a strong track record in Organisation Transformation, Organisation Design or a closely related strategy/people transformation discipline.
You will ideally bring experience across several of the following:
- Business and corporate strategy
- Operating model design and transformation
- Organisation design
- Workforce strategy and planning
- Organisation transformation
- M&A / post-merger integration
- AI, automation and the future of work
- Workforce / talent transformation
- CEO and C-suite advisory
- Large-scale transformation programmes
