Director, Workforce Transformation & Organisational Design
Location: London | Hybrid
Global bank is seeking an exceptional Director, Strategic Organisational Design.
We are seeking a highly experienced Organisational Design specialist to lead enterprise-wide workforce reshaping and operating model transformation programmes. Working with business and HR leadership, you will design future-state structures, optimise organisational effectiveness and support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Requirements
- Significant organisational design experience within financial services or top-tier consulting.
- Expertise in workforce planning, spans and layers analysis and operating model design.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
