MISSION

The MKS PAMP Group intends to establish PAMP.com as a direct-to-consumer channel across multiple global markets. The role has ownership of the PAMP.com DTC channel from platform to customer, across both website and app, excluding B2B and institutional channels.

The role owns the end-to-end digital consumer experience for PAMP.com – the customer journey, UI/UX and transactional experience across web and app – blending technology with the objectives of a direct-to-consumer connection. This includes owning the Veriscan proposition within the DTC channel and integrating it into the customer experience. The MKS PAMP SA Marketing team retains ownership of brand positioning, communications and brand guidelines, with which this role must remain fully aligned.

The role sits within MKS PAMP SA as the brand guardian and will use the resources and skills of Bullion International Group (BIG) as the technical service provider, leaning on BIG’s established DTC best practices. The role will also draw on the wider Group functions (Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Technology and Operations) and will collaborate with regional teams across all regions to develop region-specific solutions as the roll-out progresses.

The individual will be accountable for the PAMP.com P&L, the success criteria and the financial model for the PAMP.com eCommerce roll-out. They will work closely with the MKS PAMP SA Marketing team to develop the brand positioning in line with the brand guidelines and with the marketing teams of Bullion International Group and MMTC-PAMP for expertise and support.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and implement the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) strategy for PAMP.com and the phased roll-out roadmap, aligned with the brand and with the technical service provider
  • Develop the phased market-entry plan: UAE/GCC first, then European delivery in 2027, followed by North America, wider Middle East and Asia, with target dates agreed with the CEO

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Digital Marketing & Media

  • Define the Digital Marketing and SEO structure, philosophy and content, aligned with regional requirements and BIG/MMTC-PAMP marketing expertise
  • Define and oversee the total paid, earned and owned media model for PAMP.com, establishing a Centre of Excellence to support regional roll-outs (regions retain ownership of paid media spend within their P&L; this role sets standards, expertise and oversight)

Commercial Performance & Reporting

  • Introduce a monthly PAMP.com performance reporting cadence and KPI framework

  • Proven delivery of a brand-first development of transactional capabilities across both website and app, working through technical teams rather than building directly.
  • Experience in a high-value, trust-sensitive category (bullion, luxury, jewellery, watches or similar), including secure fulfilment and provenance as well as client experience and support aligned with brand.
  • Strong digital-marketing and SEO track record, and the commercial literacy to set success criteria and inter-entity financial models, coordinating between the Group entities and acting as a single point of coordination across third-party providers, regional teams and Group functions.
  • AI-forward, with demonstrable experience leveraging the evolving ecosystem of AI-led tools and methodologies across commerce, marketing and customer experience.
  • Precious-metals, vaulting or investment-product experience is highly desirable;
  • Loyalty / CRM depth an asset;
  • GCC, Asia or multi-market launch experience a plus;
  • Familiarity with KYC/AML, data-privacy (e.g. GDPR / Swiss nFADP) and consumer-protection regimes in regulated, cross-border online sales.
