Director of Partner and Value Enablement

Sovos·Full-Time·United Kingdom

Build Your Future With Us

The digitization of tax compliance is fundamentally changing global commerce and how businesses need to operate and grow. Governments now have real-time visibility into business data, creating new challenges and new opportunities for organizations around the world. At Sovos, we're transforming tax compliance from a business requirement into a driver of growth through AI-powered technology that delivers the accurate, real-time insights businesses need to make smarter decisions.

We're solving more than today's tax compliance challenges. We're helping reshape global economies by enabling organizations to navigate increasingly complex and rapidly changing regulatory environments with confidence – and helping communities thrive.

AI is accelerating what's possible, enabling tax and technology professionals to more effectively drive critical regulatory decisions. That's where Sovos excels, combining intelligent technology with human expertise to help customers stay ahead of change.

Don't worry if you don't check every box. We're focused on hiring great people, not perfect resumes. It's less about what you've done elsewhere and more about what you're capable of doing here.

The Role

At Sovos, we're redefining how businesses approach tax compliance, turning it from a regulatory burden into a strategic advantage. As Director of Partner and Value Enablement, you'll lead enablement strategy for our global partner ecosystem and internal teams, building scalable programmes that empower partners to sell, implement, and support Sovos solutions with confidence and consistency. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll champion our Certified Partner Programme, drive AI-forward enablement practices, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver measurable impact aligned with business priorities.

More Specifically, You Will

  • Lead the development and execution of scalable partner enablement programmes, including the Certified Partner Programme, aligning certification requirements with partner tiers and programme expectations.
  • Establish and manage recertification cycles to ensure partners maintain current certifications and deliver consistently high standards.
  • Develop and deliver enablement assets such as reference architectures, ERP integration guides, and mandate-specific resources that partners can use independently.
  • Build and execute technical enablement plans for Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams, leveraging AI-driven approaches to enhance solution value and implementation readiness.
  • Lead AI-forward enablement best practices and advance innovation across enablement initiatives to improve learning efficiency and impact.
  • Track and analyse certified partner performance to continuously refine curriculum, certification models, and enablement effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify enablement needs, refresh content, and integrate partners seamlessly into direct sales motions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
