I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Partner Program Development & Management
- Build and scale a partner program infrastructure that allows for onboarding and managing health partners with consistent processes, tiering, and program benefits
- Design and lead customized, strategic partnerships for larger and more complex partners (health systems, multinational employers, insurers, consumer platforms), ensuring tailored solutions that drive measurable business and health outcomes
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, with the ability to serve 10-20 simultaneous accounts with varying needs.
- Establish partner enablement tools, resources, and communications to ensure partner success and scalable growth
Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory affairs, Legal, Operations) to design, launch, and optimize partnership integrations and programs. Ensure alignment of goals, accountability, and execution across scaled programs and complex deals
Performance, Optimization & Insights
- Define, track, and optimize success metrics for both scaled partner programs and bespoke enterprise deals; identify and address challenges in internal processes that may slow innovation in partnerships
- Champion a culture of experimentation by testing new partnership models, incentive structures, and go-to-market approaches for health programs
Strategic Communication & Reporting
- Leverage user research, behavioral data, and partner feedback to guide health partnership strategy
- Regularly communicate partnership program performance, enterprise deal progress, and overall health market traction to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years in outbound enterprise or corporate sales and business development, with a track record of growing accounts from first deal to major enterprise customer and representing a brand in executive-level commercial conversations.
- Deep knowledge of the consumer health landscape (apps, digital health, retail wellness) and enterprise stakeholders (insurers, employers, health systems, providers), ideally across international markets.
- Experience designing and scaling structured partner programs alongside bespoke, high-value enterprise deals — balancing repeatable growth with the customization complex partners require.
- Experience using performance, partner adoption, and consumer engagement data to build partnership models that expand reach, engagement, and retention.
- A cross-functional operator who aligns product, clinical, operations, and marketing to deliver measurable health and business outcomes.
- An entrepreneurial, commercially minded builder: sharp written and verbal communicator, comfortable bringing clarity to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and relentless about the quality and measurability of your work.
