At Orion we deliver value to our clients by leveraging strong relationships with media partners across all channels, driving effective savings and diversified investment opportunities.

The Director, Partnerships EMEA leads the delivery of Orion's partnership strategy across the region, working closely with senior Orion and Omnicom stakeholders. With particular focus on SSP partnerships, the role is responsible for developing strategic partner relationships, driving commercial outcomes, ensuring strong governance, and maximising value delivered to clients and markets across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery and evolution of the EMEA partnerships strategy, with a focus on SSP partnerships.
  • Own senior relationships with key media and technology partners across the region.
  • Drive commercial negotiations and ensure partnerships deliver measurable value to clients and markets.
  • Oversee implementation of partnership agreements across EMEA markets, ensuring consistent adoption and delivery.
  • Lead governance across partnerships, including performance tracking, reporting, and compliance with agreed frameworks.
  • Identify partnership opportunities, risks, and areas for growth, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of regional client outputs, including savings statements and partnership reporting.
  • Partner with market and agency leadership teams to maximise engagement and value from regional agreements.
  • Provide strategic guidance to markets on partnership frameworks, processes, and partner adoption.

  • Extensive experience working with media, technology, or platform partnerships, ideally within programmatic and SSP environments.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem.
  • Proven experience managing senior stakeholder and partner relationships.
  • Commercially minded with experience negotiating and delivering business value through partnerships.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple markets and complex organisational structures.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate opportunities into business outcomes.
  • Experienced people leader with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
