Join TUI as Director of Performance Marketing and Digital Sales for TUI UK&I, you will be responsible for accelerating profitable digital growth by connecting customer demand, marketing investment and digital conversion. You will define the strategy and direction for digital customer acquisition, digital sales performance and marketing effectiveness, with accountability for digital revenue, commercial targets and return on investment across the region. You will also drive the delivery of that strategy through a multidisciplinary team spanning Performance Marketing, Digital Sales and Analytics, ensuring resources, investment and activity are aligned to business priorities.

- Leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 80 colleagues, you'll create an environment where continuous improvement, collaboration and customer focus help people and performance thrive together.
- As the marketing budget owner, you'll ensure investment decisions are guided by customer insight, commercial priorities and measurable return on investment.
- You'll lead the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing activity across paid media, CRM, SEO, affiliates, social, digital merchandising and ecommerce to maximise customer engagement and digital sales performance.
- Working closely with regional commercial teams and central functions, you'll align marketing, product, technology and data priorities to unlock new opportunities for growth.
- You'll shape the future of digital sales through merchandising, personalisation, localisation and optimisation across TUI's web and app platforms, creating seamless customer experiences that drive conversion.
- Using data, analytics and experimentation, you'll identify opportunities to improve performance, influence strategic decisions and strengthen marketing effectiveness across the business.
- As a member of the UK&I Marketing & Sales Leadership Team, you'll contribute to the region's wider commercial agenda while building strong partnerships with media owners, agencies and technology providers.
ABOUT YOU
- You've built proven success leading large-scale performance marketing, ecommerce or digital sales functions within travel, retail, digital commerce or similarly customer-focused industries.
- Strategic thinking comes naturally to you, enabling you to translate customer needs, market trends and commercial priorities into sustainable growth plans.
- You'll bring strong commercial judgement and a data-led mindset, using insight and analytics to drive performance and inform decision-making.
- Experience managing significant budgets and complex commercial targets allows you to balance short-term performance with long-term business value.
- Building trusted relationships comes naturally to you, helping you align stakeholders, collaborate across functions and create value through external partnerships.
- You're comfortable leading transformation in complex environments and can successfully guide teams through change while maintaining momentum and focus on outcomes.
- You'll bring proven success developing leaders and high-performing teams, creating an inclusive environment where people can grow and perform at their best.
- Fluent communication skills and the ability to influence at senior leadership level enable you to drive alignment and deliver results across a matrix organisation.
