Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Director Performance Marketing who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. In this role, you will own the strategy, efficiency, and growth of our Group paid and earned acquisition engine across SEA, SEO/AIO, and Affiliates. You will combine your commercial and analytical expertise with leadership skills to manage channel teams, set the P&L, and translate market opportunities into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the blended performance marketing P&L across channels — spend, CRoI/ROAS, customer acquisition, and contribution.
- Set the multi-channel acquisition strategy across brands and markets, defining priorities, investment rationale, and exit decisions.
- Lead, develop, and performance-manage SEA, SEO/AIO, and Affiliate teams, building capability and commercial ownership.
- Partner with local Market Leads, CRM, Brand, and other functions to align channel activity with overall commercial priorities.
- Monitor performance daily, recommend actions to optimise revenue and margin, and feed learnings into global strategy.
- Manage senior agency, platform, and vendor relationships, holding partners to clear commercial standards.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
