Director / Senior Director – Planning & Development
London or Manchester
A leading property and planning consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Director / Senior Director to help drive the continued growth of its Planning & Development team. This is a senior opportunity for a commercially minded planning professional with an established client network, strong technical expertise and a track record of winning new business.
The Opportunity
- You’ll take the lead on:
- Developing and managing key client relationships.
- Winning new instructions and growing your own client portfolio.
- Advising on major planning and development projects.
- Working across sectors including residential, commercial, rural, renewables and healthcare.
- Providing senior leadership and mentoring within the planning team.
- Helping shape and grow the wider Planning & Development offering.

We're Looking For
- MRTPI or MRICS Planning & Development.
- 10+ years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and development process.
- An established client base and proven business development record.
- Strong commercial, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition to play a key role in growing a successful planning business.
