Who we are

At MediaKind, we’ve reshaped the future of streaming video.

As the world’s largest independent video technology company, and the leader in sports streaming, we power the most ambitious and demanding video experiences on the planet.

Our cloud-native, software-defined solutions help the world’s leading streamers and broadcasters build, deploy and scale premium video experiences. From live sport and entertainment to mission-critical broadcast, we help them deliver every moment to audiences, everywhere.

At MediaKind, innovation is driven by people. You'll join a global team of curious thinkers, problem-solvers, and builders who move quickly, collaborate openly, and are passionate about delivering technology that makes a real impact. We value ownership, practical thinking, and continuous learning, and we believe great ideas come from empowered teams.

If you're excited by solving complex challenges, working alongside talented colleagues around the world, and helping shape the future of video, we'd love to build what's next together.

Position Overview

We're looking for a Director of Client Experiences to lead how audiences watch content on their favorite devices. MK.IO Platform provides modern video streaming services, with live and on-demand encoding, packaging, DRM and delivery, catalog and discovery, entitlements and rights, monetization, player SDKs and analytics. Our customers are the streaming businesses who put those experiences in front of viewers. You'll think like their viewers and build what our customers need to serve them.

This is a hands-on product leadership role. You'll turn our platform strategy into a client experience roadmap, and work with the Director of Platform Tools, your counterpart on the product team, to make sure the backend services exist for what our customers want to build. Your job is to make our customers' applications faster to build, better to use, and ahead of what the market expects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
