Role Summary

Sogeti UK is seeking an experienced Director - Portfolio, Partner & Product GTM Lead to drive the development, productisation and commercial success of our market-facing solutions for target commercial organisations. This is a strategic leadership role operating at the intersection of portfolio management, partner ecosystems, product development and go-to-market strategy. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Solutioning and Partner teams, you will be responsible for shaping and commercialising Sogeti's service offerings, ensuring they are packaged, positioned and brought to market effectively through both direct and indirect channels.

The successful candidate will act as the key link between Sogeti's strategic partners, including AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud, and the wider commercial organisation. You will be responsible for creating market-ready, repeatable offerings that are easy to sell, easy to buy and aligned to the needs of target commercial organisations in the UK.

This role is critical to accelerating partner-led growth, increasing marketplace adoption and enhancing Sogeti's overall go-to-market effectiveness. It is ideally suited to someone with a background in portfolio strategy, partner ecosystems, alliances, product marketing or go-to-market leadership within a technology services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio & Product Leadership

  • Own and evolve Sogeti UK's portfolio of solutions and offerings, ensuring alignment with market demand, client needs and business priorities.
  • Lead the productisation of services and solutions, transforming capabilities into repeatable, market-ready propositions.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio strategy that supports growth, differentiation and long-term commercial success.
  • Collaborate with solution, delivery and business leaders to identify, develop and launch new offerings.

Go-To-Market Strategy & Offer Development

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing offerings.
  • Create scalable, packaged solutions that can be sold through both direct and partner-led channels.
  • Drive the development of marketplace-ready offerings, including AWS Marketplace and other strategic partner platforms.
  • Ensure propositions are clearly defined, commercially compelling and easily consumable by clients and partners.
  • Support the creation of repeatable offerings that simplify the purchasing process and strengthen market positioning.

Partner & Ecosystem Management

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners including AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud and other digital-native organisations.
  • Work closely with Partner Management teams to develop joint growth initiatives and go-to-market motions.
  • Identify opportunities for co-investment, solution development and partner-enabled market expansion.
  • Optimise the use of partner funding and investment programmes to maximise business impact and growth.
  • Act as a key liaison between partner ecosystems, sales teams and marketing functions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
