As the business continues to expand its enterprise customer base and strengthen its go-to-market capabilities, this role will be instrumental in driving commercial success, elevating customer engagement, and building a best-in-class presales function. Leading a team of 3-5 Presales Consultants, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness.

What will I be doing?

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3-5 Presales Consultants across the EMEA region.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Drive consistent and compelling solution demonstrations, workshops, and discovery sessions.
  • Create and implement presales methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Improve sales conversion rates through stronger technical validation and solution positioning.
  • Develop value-based storytelling and business outcome-driven presentations for executive stakeholders.
  • Support large, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Align presales activities with regional revenue objectives and growth plans.
  • Track team performance through KPIs and metrics focused on pipeline progression, win rates, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide market feedback and influence product strategy.
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert during high-profile customer engagements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
