You are taking a pivotal role in a practice growing at pace, with a real path to running it.
Saragossa has spent a decade placing technology and operations talent into private markets. That means Consult has the client access of an incumbent and a specialist network that can mobilise a team in days. You have an in-place network and a head start that most new practices spend years trying to manufacture.
The role is yours in both directions. You scope and price work in front of clients, and you own the delivery standard once it is signed. Most firms split those two things between two people. Here, they sit with you, which means the commercial exposure is genuinely yours rather than shared across a team or absorbed into firm-wide numbers.
