Our client is a well-known brand in the global consulting industry which provides digital transformation and advisory services to mid-size and large corporate clients. This Director, Procurement Advisory role offers support and guidance to CPOs in large corporates. The company provides a subscription based advisory service and the Director provides expert guidance and manages the client account. Clients are typically blue-chip, multi-nationals managing billions in spend in manufacturing or services.

The role:

  • Be a trusted advisor, able to coach Procurement leaders
  • Support innovative client interactions – key client meetings, advisory events & workshops
  • Develop thought leadership, able to understand and develop visions of the impact of macro trends
  • Support BD efforts and coordinate referral opportunities

The candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a combination of industry experience in Procurement in addition to 5+ years working in a traditional management consultancy.
  • Experience of Procurement transformation/change
  • Ability to leverage emerging tools such as AI & CoPilot
  • Subject matter expertise and a consultative mindset
  • Exec presence with clients engaging remotely and acting as a trusted advisor

This is a remote working role or you are welcome to use the London office in the City. There is some UK/European travel around 1 – 2 days per month.

The base salary for the role is up to £120,000 + £8,000 car allowance and a 15% bonus, plus a range of company benefits – health (family), life insurance & pension.
