Your Responsibilities

As Director Product Marketing, you will shape the positioning and go-to-market strategy for Jedox product offerings. You will serve as a strategic bridge between Product, R&D, Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, executive stakeholders, customers, and external industry audiences. With a hands-on approach and strong ownership mindset, you will lead cross-functional product launches, refine company positioning, enable the sales organization, and communicate the value of Jedox solutions throughout the customer buying journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead cross-functional product launches: Develop and execute multi-channel launch plans for new Jedox product offerings, ensuring effective internal readiness and strong external market activation.
  • Shape positioning and thought leadership: Lead and support the development of company and product positioning, informed by market research, analysis, and relevant industry perspectives.
  • Optimize the customer buying journey: Build a strong understanding of why organizations choose Jedox and create a content library that delivers the right value to the right prospect at the right time, helping improve sales-stage conversion rates.
  • Translate technology into customer value: Partner with R&D, Product Management, and Sales Engineering to turn complex technical concepts into clear, specific, and compelling customer value propositions.
  • Enable sales success: Create high-quality sales collateral that equips the global sales organization to communicate Jedox’s value consistently and effectively.
  • Deliver engaging product webinars: Coordinate with internal and external subject-matter experts to develop and present Jedox product webinars for relevant audiences.
  • Drive analyst and influencer engagement: Identify priority analysts and influencers, relevant upcoming research, and published reports to maximize opportunities for meaningful engagement.
  • Build strategic industry relationships: Work directly with Jedox C-level executives as well as Product Management and Marketing teams to educate and engage industry analysts, including firms such as Gartner and BARC.
  • Create impactful results across teams: Bring together stakeholders with a #OneTeam mindset, establish clear priorities, and execute with excellence across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments, supporting mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), finance organizations, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
  • Proven track record of owning and successfully delivering at least three product or service launches.
  • Hands-on experience in technology product marketing, analyst relations, or public relations, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create compelling content; fluent in English.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to embrace AI as a productivity catalyst.
