Director, Program Delivery
As part of Diabsolut's continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Program Delivery to lead the successful execution of complex Salesforce and Certinia programs across multiple clients. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong track record of managing large-scale program portfolios, ensuring on-time delivery, high-quality results, and exceptional client satisfaction. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align delivery with business objectives and drive continuous improvement within our Professional Services organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of multiple implementation programs, ensuring programs meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of program and project managers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
- Support program governance frameworks, processes, and best practices to optimize delivery efficiency and risk management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including functional and technical consultants, architects, developers, project managers, and external resources to ensure seamless delivery.
- Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs, generating reports and insights to inform decision-making and stakeholder communication.
- Drive innovation within the program delivery organization by identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, and adoption of industry best practices, working closely with Delivery Excellence and the PMO.
- Collaborate with sales and presales to support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and transition to delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client contractual requirements, and global regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within technology consulting environments.
- Proven experience leading large, complex implementations or technology programs with multi-project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and ecosystem.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in program management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, PMP, SAFe).
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, resolve conflicts, and navigate organizational complexities.
- Experience with change management, organizational adoption, and continuous improvement frameworks is a plus.
