Programme Management Director
London – Hybrid
£120,000 - £125,000 plus package
A leading global change and transformation consultancy is continuing to grow its Strategic Programme Management offering and is looking to bring in a Programme Management Director to help drive the practice forward.
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced programme leader who can operate across complex transformation delivery, senior client relationships, and business development.
The successful individual will work with major clients, taking ownership of high-profile programmes while helping shape propositions, identify new opportunities, and grow existing accounts.

The role will involve leading complex engagements across programme management, portfolio management, and PMO, while providing senior-level guidance to clients and consulting teams.
You’ll be expected to bring strong programme management expertise, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and be comfortable stepping into challenging delivery environments to drive outcomes.
The ideal background:
- 10+ years within management consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Strong programme management and transformation experience
- Proven experience leading large, complex consulting engagements end-to-end
- Experience managing multidisciplinary consulting teams
- Strong track record of building relationships with senior client and C-suite stakeholders
- Experience shaping propositions, identifying opportunities, and supporting business development
- Comfortable taking ownership of complex programme and portfolio challenges
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded, credible, and confident operating at Director level
