We’re currently recruiting for a Programme Management Office (PMO) Director to join our Programme Management team, reporting to the Sr Director PMO. In this role, you will help to lead the global PMO strategy, ensuring governance, developing best practices, and driving client project delivery across global operations, playing a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.

Your responsibilities in this role would be to:

  • Lead governance and oversight of all client projects managed by the Global PM team
  • Define and develop client project management methodology, standards, and documentation across all OXB sites
  • Provide strategic project updates and performance data to senior management
  • Coach, mentor, and support project managers and team members
  • Represent Project Management internally and externally, including with clients and partners
  • Drive continuous improvement of PM processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Coordinate PM support for proposal generation and client discussions
  • Work with the Senior Director, PMO to ensure processes for managing client and internal projects are aligned where appropriate

We are looking for:

  • A scientific degree or PhD, with a project management qualification strongly preferred
  • Experience in the CDMO industry preferably with an understanding of biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing
  • Proven ability of designing and implementing effective project management processes & tools with experience of digital solutions
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative working style
