About The Job

You'll also provide executive oversight of complex commissions and act as professional lead for Infrastructure PM.

Director - Programme & Project Delivery | Infrastructure, UK

You'll use your experience and connections to expand our infrastructure delivery into sectors including Energy, Defence, Water and wider Transport. Drawing on TSA Riley's APAC specialists and relevant project experience, you'll demonstrate our ability to deliver where the UK team needs additional expertise or sector experience, while working with colleagues in Canada and across our international business to pursue opportunities.

About Your Responsibilities

  • Build senior client relationships, understand client problems and develop practical solutions. Bring contacts and sector networks to support pursuits, bids and negotiations, working with the Market Growth & Client Director, who retains overall accountability for new pursuits and the Infrastructure growth strategy.
  • Develop and deliver a targeted, long-term PM growth strategy aligned with the wider Infrastructure growth strategy. Identify new routes to market and work with other Infrastructure capability leaders to cross-sell services, develop joined-up solutions and grow accounts, reviewing progress and refining the approach over time.
  • Lead or provide executive oversight of major, complex infrastructure commissions, setting delivery strategy, mobilising teams and assuring quality, commercial performance and client outcomes.
  • Work across client-side advisory and delivery/Tier 1 environments, shaping solutions with clients, mobilising the right teams and leading delivery to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Build relationships and credibility in new sectors, including Energy, Defence, Water and wider Transport. Draw on APAC specialists and relevant project experience to demonstrate our ability to deliver where UK experience is limited and build confidence with prospective clients.
  • Grow the PM team by recruiting commercially minded project and programme managers who build client relationships, identify needs and generate business opportunities alongside delivering excellent client outcomes.
  • Act as professional lead for Infrastructure PM, guiding the team's development through mentoring, practical learning and good practice. Strengthen TSA Riley's credibility in project management through engagement with the Association for Project Management (APM) and the wider profession.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
