Director, Project Finance Advisory

Panthera Partners is exclusively partnered with a leading independent infrastructure advisory firm to appoint a Director, Project Finance Advisory.

Headquartered in the UAE, the firm operates a highly flexible working model, with team members based across Europe and the Middle East. The successful candidate can be based in the UAE, London or elsewhere in Europe, with remote working fully supported.

The firm advises corporates, developers, investors and government entities on complex financing and strategic transactions across the power, utilities, renewable energy, and broader infrastructure sectors. With a strong reputation across the MENA region and a growing client base, the business advises on some of the region's most prominent infrastructure and energy projects.

Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of mandates, the firm is seeking an experienced Director to play a leading role in the execution and delivery of project finance advisory assignments. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional technical expertise, strong client management skills, and a deep understanding of infrastructure financing across power, utilities and broader infrastructure sectors.

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently operating at Director level (or equivalent) within a leading project finance advisory, debt advisory or infrastructure advisory investment bank
  • Strong track record advising developers, sponsors, corporates and public sector entities on project finance transactions
  • Deep sector knowledge across infrastructure, power, utilities, renewable energy and related asset classes
  • Exceptionally technical capabilities, including analytical skills, debt structuring and transaction execution
  • Comfortable remaining hands-on whilst leading multiple live mandates
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated to join a growing and high-performing advisory platform
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree-qualified in Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline
