Role Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Director to join our Birmingham Building & Project Consultancy team. This is a senior leadership role focused on delivering complex project management and building consultancy instructions, developing key client relationships, driving business growth and contributing to the strategic direction of the regional business.
This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering large-scale industrial and logistics development schemes across the region. You will be responsible for growing and strengthening client relationships, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and enhancing Savills' market presence within the Midlands.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven leadership, business development and client management skills. You will work collaboratively across Savills' wider service lines to deliver integrated client solutions whilst supporting the continued growth and performance of the Birmingham Building & Project Consultancy team.

More than 160 of our consultants advise on buildings and projects throughout the UK with regional offices in England and Scotland and further resource for coverage throughout Europe.
Our clients range across investors, developers and occupiers of real estate in all sectors, but our aim is always the same: to provide reliable, proactive, value-enhancing advice. Our work encompasses technical due diligence, project management, development services, party wall matters, dilapidations, architectural design, refurbishment projects, reinstatement cost assessments and planned preventative maintenance programmes.
