Director – Construction Consultancy
Location: Leeds
Salary: c£100k + package (DOE)

While our client has a strong presence in the healthcare sector, they are looking for a dynamic individual who can diversify and expand into new markets, particularly education and the private sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Leeds-based consultancy team.
- Drive business development, identifying and securing new opportunities in education, private sector, and beyond.
- Oversee the successful delivery of project management and cost consultancy services.
- Provide strategic direction, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm's growth strategy and service offering.
- Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience at a senior level in construction consultancy, ideally as a Director or Associate Director.
- Strong background in project management, cost consultancy, or related services.
- Track record of business development, securing and delivering projects in healthcare, education, or the private sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for team building and growth.
- Excellent leadership, client relationship, and strategic thinking skills.
