Confidential Senior Appointment
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and ambitious property consultancy as Project Management Director, taking a senior position within its London business and playing a key role in the next phase of its growth.
This is not simply a delivery focused Project Management role. The successful individual will have the opportunity to lead a team, influence the direction of the business, build and strengthen client relationships and have genuine commercial impact.
The business has an established presence in the London property market and is continuing to build its Project Management capability. They are looking for a senior individual who can bring energy, experience and ambition to the role, while helping to develop the team and shape the proposition going forward.
Why This Opportunity?
- This is a chance to join a business where you can have real influence and visibility at senior level.
- Rather than stepping into a heavily structured corporate environment, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your team, your clients and your projects, with the backing of an established property consultancy and the platform to develop your career further.
- The business is looking for someone who wants to be more than a project delivery specialist. Someone who enjoys winning work, developing people, building relationships and being recognised as a senior figure in the market.
- There is a strong pipeline of opportunity across the London commercial property market, with a particular focus on commercial office fit out and refurbishment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
