Job Description
We are seeking a Director, Brand Communications to join the Group’s Corporate Office in Hong Kong. This role leads a globally consistent PR and influence strategy that enhances the brand’s desirability, visibility, and cultural relevance, aligned with commercial priorities. It drives impact by orchestrating a network of property-level PR leaders and external agency partners, ensuring cohesive and high-quality brand amplification across markets.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the global PR and influence strategy, translating brand positioning and business priorities into clear, consistent narratives across markets.
- Drive brand visibility and share of voice through strategic media relations, cultivating strong relationships with top-tier journalists and opinion leaders to secure high-impact earned coverage across priority markets.
- Lead brand storytelling by shaping compelling, differentiated brand narratives and ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and storytelling across all channels.
- Oversee content and channel integration across PR, social, and influencer channels, ensuring alignment with brand campaigns and commercial objectives.
- Set global social media strategy across key platforms, driving audience growth and engagement through curated, high-quality content, while establishing clear governance, guidelines, and a consistent tone of voice across all properties.
- Lead influencer and creator strategy to amplify brand equity and engagement.
- Lead global PR network and agencies, provide functional leadership to property PR teams and manage a best-in-class agency ecosystem, ensuring alignment, consistency, and high performance globally.
- Measure Performance & Optimise Impact by defining KPIs, track performance, and generate insights to continuously improve PR, social, and influencer effectiveness and ROI.

- Extensive PR expertise with 10–15 years’ experience in communications, social media, or related fields, ideally within luxury or premium brands
- Strong global network across media and influencer ecosystems
- Proven leadership in managing multi-market strategies, teams, and complex stakeholder environments
- Strategic and commercially minded, with exceptional storytelling and brand instinct
- Influential communicator able to align diverse stakeholders across regions and functions
- Strong people leader who elevates team capability, consistency, and performance
- Fluent in English, additional languages would be a plus
