Directing Regional Growth: Director, Regional Sales – Major Account Executives

Now we’re looking for a Director, Regional Sales – Major Account Executives to lead our region’s enterprise Growth expansion.
In this influential position, you will: • Drive new-logo revenue for EMEA while embodying the values and market leadership that place us at the top of Fortune 500 security—with 70% client penetration. •Build teams, culture, and scalability that elevate functionalities beyond individual rep workloads. •Shape our next wave of global relationships by leading strategy, coaching and mentoring—ensuring this role acts as both “trusted partner” and partner developer.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Set revenue targets for the organic new-logo growth region while exercising ruthless precision in day-to-day sales team operations
- Represent corporate strategy in the field—align consultative thought with prescriptive action across complex multi-product solutions for EMEA/enterprise target markets
- Execute an age-to-reemploy-plan matrix—match enterprise networking, cloud, and security anticipate with total addressable market demand
- Empower sales cadence execution, setting structured expectations on:
- Pipeline reviews
- Forecast accuracy
- MEDDPICC/Value Selling collab (Business Value Analysis, business cases) and cross-functional enablement (Field marketing, BDR, Professional Services, Support)
- Channel residential, toolroll and LEGO media collaboration to maximize impact

Requirements
Leadership Experience & Sales Expertise
- 10+ years of scaling sales outcomes—both organic and channel-driven
- IT security background, preferably challenged enterprise incumbent paradigms
- Calibrated expertise in transformational marketplace—especially where past incumbents failed to retain trust
