A leading international law firm is seeking a Director to join its rapidly expanding Regulatory Risk Advisory practice.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth team, to build and scale a market-leading regulatory advisory offering. Working at the intersection of consulting, risk, and law, you'll advise a diverse portfolio of financial services clients on complex regulatory risk and compliance challenges, whilst partnering closely with senior lawyers and business leaders across the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising financial services clients on regulatory risk, governance, compliance, and control frameworks
  • Leading complex client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Driving business development and helping grow a best-in-class advisory practice
  • Collaborating with Partners and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients
  • Mentoring and developing high-performing teams

About you:

  • Significant experience (7+ years) advising financial services clients on regulatory risk and compliance matters
  • Likely gained within a Big 4, consulting, or specialist advisory environment in the UK
  • Strong commercial instincts and a proven track record of leading client relationships
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and excited by the opportunity to help build something genuinely distinctive
