Role Description
To support the high growth trajectory of Wiz within Google Cloud, we are seeking a Field Enablement Business Partner to drive productivity, readiness, and strategic skill development across our international sales teams. Reporting directly to the Global Field Enablement Lead, you will play an immediate, pivotal role in transitioning our field teams into a unified security sales engine. You will lead the localization and regional execution of world class bootcamps, ongoing sales proficiency frameworks, and localized product enablement as well as partner globally with the Field Enablement team.

Responsibilities
- Drive Field Readiness: Plan, localize, and execute high-impact training events (including scaling our signature Magic Camp program into EMEA) to accelerate ramp times and increase seller proficiency.
- Deliver a Unified Security Message: Train, coach, and enable our EMEA sellers to deliver a single, clear, and powerful security message in the cloud and AI era.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with the Head of GTM Enablement, Enablement Operations, and Product Marketing to turn complex technical roadmaps into highly structured regional learning paths.
- Scale Partner Enablement: Support our regional channel and partner organizations, equipping external multipliers with the same standardized product knowledge as our direct field team.
- Optimize Local Processes: Diagnose local knowledge or performance gaps within EMEA sales sub-regions and design custom, targeted interventions to solve them.
Minimum qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex cloud security concepts into highly actionable sales playbooks and technical selling frameworks.
- Proven success navigating diverse regional regulations, business cultures, and talent landscapes across the EMEA region.
- Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build bridges and collaborate effectively across remote, international teams.

Preferred qualifications
- Experience operating within, or closely partnering with, large-scale enterprise tech organizations.
- Specific experience working with or partnering with Google Cloud's GBO, gTech, or similar enterprise partner structures.
- Proven track record in designing, localizing, and executing regional sales training bootcamps or ongoing sales proficiency frameworks in a high-growth environment.
