About the Position
The Director, Revenue Marketing EMEA & APAC is accountable for full-funnel enterprise pipeline generation across the regions, driving both new logo acquisition and growth within Energy Exemplar’s existing account base.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, this role owns the regional account-based marketing strategy and demand-generation engine across priority enterprise accounts. The Director will partner directly with Sales to identify target accounts, build coordinated account plans, create high-value buying conversations, and convert engagement into qualified pipeline and closed-won revenue.

This role leads the integrated programs required to generate and progress pipeline, including ABM and multi-channel campaigns. This role will partner closely with peers in Revenue Marketing and Digital Marketing to strategize and launch cohesive, continuous campaigns to grow net-new logos, customer, and partner marketing attributed pipeline. Success will be measured not by lead volume, but by measurable account engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue impact.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own EMEA and APAC’s enterprise ABM strategy for named accounts, strategic prospects, and high-value existing customers.
- Be directly accountable for marketing-generated and marketing-influenced pipeline across new-logo and expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define priority accounts, ideal customer profiles, buying groups, account plans, engagement strategies, and pipeline targets.
- Build tailored, multi-channel account programs that engage senior decision-makers and buying committees throughout complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Help orchestrate campaigns, content, digital activity, field programs, executive events, partners, and customer advocacy around the needs of priority accounts.
- Drive coordinated pipeline-generation activity across the complete account lifecycle: target-account identification, awareness, engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline progression, expansion, and advocacy.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to establish clear account-level reporting on engagement, buying-group reach, pipeline creation, opportunity progression, conversion, and closed-won revenue.
- Identify underperforming accounts, pipeline gaps, and conversion risks; adapt marketing investment and programs to improve commercial outcomes.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive revenue marketing, demand generation and/or ABM marketing experience within an enterprise B2B SaaS or technology business.
- Experience working in private-equity-backed organization, with an understanding of the pace, commercial rigor, growth expectations, and data-driven performance culture this environment requires.
- Proven ownership of an account-based marketing strategy across multiple locations including the development of named-account programs for complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Demonstrable success generating and progressing enterprise pipeline across both new-logo acquisition and existing-customer expansion opportunities.
- Strong experience partnering with Sales leadership to define target accounts, buying groups, account plans, engagement strategies, and shared pipeline targets.
- A track record of leading multi-channel ABM programs spanning digital, content, field and event activity, executive engagement, partners, and customer advocacy.
- Strong commercial and analytical orientation, with experience using account engagement, funnel, attribution, pipeline, conversion, and revenue data to optimize investment and performance.
- Experience leading regional marketing teams, agencies, or complex cross-functional programs across multiple markets.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leaders.
- Experience marketing to utilities, energy companies, or other highly technical enterprise buyers is a significant advantage.

What Success Looks Like
- A high-performing EMEA and APAC ABM program is actively engaging priority enterprise accounts and generating measurable new-logo and expansion pipeline.
- Marketing meets or exceeds agreed regional pipeline-generation targets, with transparent attribution to sourced and influenced opportunities.
- Sales and Marketing operate as one account-based revenue team, with shared target-account lists, account plans, pipeline goals, and performance measures.
- Regional marketing programs demonstrate clear impact on buying-group engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline progression, and closed-won revenue.
- Field events, campaigns, partners, and customer-marketing activity are integrated into account plans and measured against enterprise pipeline outcomes.
