Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Director, Revenue Operations. The Director of Revenue Operations will lead sales planning, improve sales execution, strengthen forecasting discipline, and drive operational excellence across our sales function serving multiple business units.

This senior contributor role will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, finance, and customer success around the processes, data, systems, and insights needed to accelerate growth. The Director of Revenue Operations will play a critical role in improving sales productivity, enhancing pipeline data integrity, enabling better decision-making, and supporting scalable commercial performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Partner with business and sales leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable sales initiatives, operating plans, and performance management cadence.
  • Sales Planning: Lead and support annual and ongoing new revenue creation processes, including market segmentation, sales capacity planning, territory design, quota allocation, sales training, and rewards.
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Improve forecasting discipline, pipeline visibility, and sales performance tracking by establishing consistent processes, metrics, and review cadences.
  • CRM, CPQ, and Data Governance: Drive data quality, governance, and adoption across Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales platforms to ensure accurate reporting, efficient workflows, and reliable business insights.
  • Performance Analytics: Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools that monitor key performance indicators, including sales velocity rate, conversion rates, bookings, sales productivity, and other commercial metrics.
  • Process Optimization: Standardize and improve commercial workflows to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and enable more effective sales execution.
  • Executive Reporting: Develop and co-lead executive business reviews, sales performance updates, and other leadership presentations that provide clear insights, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across revenue-generating activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess one of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field of study
    • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field of study with a minimum of five (5) years of working experience with Salesforce CRM, and CPQ/pricing tools
    • High school diploma with a minimum of seven (7) years of working experience with Salesforce CRM, and CPQ/pricing tools
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or sales leadership.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with Salesforce CRM, and CPQ/pricing tools.
  • Strong Excel-based analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools, preferably DOMO.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead change, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and supportive skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong experience in sales activity benchmarking, sales velocity KPIs, including sales capacity planning, territory design, and quota setting.
  • Supporting B2B project-based industries, such as building technologies, security systems, HVAC, fire suppression, elevator, or related industries with a large field sales footprint.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboarding, data governance, and adoption initiatives.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field of study.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

BENEFITS:

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 + bonus eligible.
  • Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan, and disability insurance.
  • Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
  • Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
