What you'll be doing
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Director, Revenue Operations – IVP Payments within the International Vehicle Payments (IVP) Division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business, based in London, Victoria.
As the Director of Revenue Operations you will lead the design and continuous improvement of the revenue operating model across Corpay’s International Vehicle Payments business. The role will bring greater consistency, clarity and discipline to the way Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams operate across IVP, with a focus on sales processes, funnel management, forecasting, performance design, lead management, sales readiness and cross-functional governance.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role. Revenue delivery remains with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, while the Director of Revenue Operations is responsible for improving the processes, standards and operating mechanisms that enable those teams to perform effectively.
You will report directly to the COO and regularly collaborate with the sales, customer success, marketing, and commercial leadership teams.

Role Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities of the role will include:
Revenue Operations Strategy and Governance
- Define and implement the Revenue Operations operating model and roadmap across Corpay IVP.
- Establish clear ownership, governance and decision-making across revenue-related processes.
- Coordinate priorities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and IVP business leadership.
- Standardise key Revenue Operations practices while allowing for appropriate local market and business differences.
- Manage and prioritise cross-functional Revenue Operations initiatives based on commercial impact.
Sales Funnel and Processes
- Design and govern end-to-end sales and customer lifecycle processes.
- Define consistent funnel stages, ownership rules, hand-offs and service-level agreements.
- Improve pipeline governance, forecasting discipline and sales operating cadences.
- Identify and remove process inefficiencies across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
- Ensure processes are practical, scalable and consistently adopted across IVP.
Performance Design
- Develop consistent approaches to quota setting, territory design, sales capacity and coverage planning.
- Partner with Sales and Finance on incentive compensation design and governance.
- Assess the effectiveness of commercial investments, including headcount, incentives and sales programmes.
- Support annual planning and in-year performance decisions.
- Ensure performance frameworks are clear, measurable and aligned with Corpay’s growth priorities.
Data and Lead Management
- Define standards for lead and customer data ownership, quality and lifecycle management.
- Improve lead routing, prioritisation and allocation across revenue teams.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to strengthen targeting, segmentation and speed-to-lead.
- Ensure data-related processes support effective commercial decision-making and execution.

Sales Readiness and Adoption
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve onboarding, sales playbooks, training and quality assurance.
- Ensure new processes and operating standards are effectively communicated and adopted.
- Measure the impact of enablement activities on sales productivity, ramp time and execution quality.
- Support consistent sales practices across IVP businesses and markets.
Leadership and Stakeholder Management
- Lead the Revenue Operations function and provide clear direction, priorities and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with Corpay and IVP senior commercial, functional and regional leaders.
- Influence effectively across a complex matrix organisation.
- Create a culture of commercial thinking, analytical discipline and continuous improvement.
- Translate complex business challenges into practical and scalable solutions.
Measures of Success
Success will be measured through outcomes such as:
- Improved funnel conversion and pipeline velocity.
- Greater forecasting accuracy and consistency.
- Increased sales productivity.
- Clearer ownership and stronger cross-functional execution.
- Improved lead management and speed-to-lead.
- More consistent adoption of sales processes and standards.
- Better return on commercial investment.
Experience and Skills
- Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence or a related function.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel management, forecasting and commercial performance.
- Experience with quota setting, territory design, capacity planning or incentive compensation.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional change in a complex, multi-market organisation.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work effectively across functions and geographies.
- Practical, structured and execution-focused leadership style.
- Experience in fintech, payments, financial services or another B2B environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting international or multi-country commercial organisations would be advantageous.
